PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE DEEP DECIBELS APPLICATION ("Application") PROVIDED BY Codetecuhtli ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Alejandro Cerrillo. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING ALL AUDIO CONTENT (e.g., binaural beats, isochronic tones, monaural beats, white noise, pink noise, brown noise, and other soundscapes), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.

    • Yearly Subscription: Users may subscribe on a yearly basis and receive a discount compared to the monthly rate.
  • Account Restrictions:
    • Free Account: Users with a free account are limited in functionality and are not permitted to create or modify playlists, nor to generate custom binaural beats, isochronic tones, or monaural beats.
    • Premium Account: Access to these features is reserved exclusively for premium subscribers.

5. Audio Content and Intended Use

  • Content Description: The Application features a diverse array of audio content—including binaural beats, isochronic tones, monaural beats, and various noise types (e.g., white, pink, brown, and others)—curated to enhance relaxation, focus, sleep, meditation, and overall well-being.
  • Intended Use: The sounds provided are intended to support personal wellness and ambient enhancement. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
  • User Responsibility: The use of any audio content (binaural beats, isochronic tones, monaural beats, or other noises) is at the sole risk and responsibility of the listener. Individuals may react differently to these sounds. Users should exercise personal discretion and, if necessary, consult a qualified professional regarding any health concerns.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

  • Data Collection: We do not collect any sensitive data. The only personal information we collect is your email address, which is used solely for account identification purposes.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Codetecuhtli, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
